So for 2 stair sections and 1 strait section it was just over 2k. That does include an extra stair post as I wasn't sure I could get the stairs in 1 shot. I have steps to do on the other side of the addition for the 3rd section.

Their avalon was $2,600 with the tools and I would have needed 2 posts at the stair transition. I like how you don't see the terminations of the cable and was surprising simple to tighten.

Pretty nifty with the pre strung sections. Finehomebuilding had a small article about them stating it is about $100/ft.
Clean look. I get "regular wrought iron" in solid aluminum stock, powder coated, installed for around $200/ft. That's a nice option I'll look into. Thanks

Finally done with the deck, clients get back this weekend then we will discuss the lattice under the deck and perhaps sheet rocking the basement. I probably won’t be done with the house until the end of August which is when I started last year with this monster.😂

I do have a few surface scratches that I’m not happy about, when I was using the track and the track saw. Apparently it left a few marks right at the top of the stairs.😡 not deep.

Running conduit under my sidewalk for a generator I’m putting in at my house. I used the power washer method. I had to go about 52” to get under my sidewalk at a 45* angle. Worked great but was messy
