I use theraworks for cramps. The spay or foam are almost instant relief.

I tell my wife we should get some of this stuff to try and she goes to her pain cabinet and pulls it out. I'm like WTF woman, you've had this all the time and never decided to pull it out when I'm doubling over in cramps?

Magnesium (250mg) pill before bed goes along way in avoiding cramps... my massage therapist turned me on to it, and rarely have had issues since with cramping...

Right now the muscles Are just beat. Over wirked them way to much. Not like I could stop the job without finishing.

Finally got over to the clients to show them some color samples. Funny how she said it was reddish brown compared to the floor. I didn't see it. Both of them have a lot of yellow in them. Luckily one of my samples had yellow in it, it was from when I did her walnut vanity.

So, a stain, tone and clear coat is on there. A couple more clear coats to go to get it completed.

They thought it was much more 3D than it was in thickness of the curves. I brought the fancy leg with me because it was one of the color choices. The husband still wanted the flat version because he didn't want it to be too fancy for the locker. What they want is what they get. They're the one's paying.

Presumably it was a local, who destroyed the original. Another local suggested we rebuild it, so I asked for volunteers to help.

The re-built cairn now has two seats, on opposite sides. A small tunnel connects these--making it possible, if you try just a little bit--to see the other person's perspective.
