Yup, at the ranch.

It's actually a fuel station.

Tanks go on the right side, over the containment.

I decided to build block walls for tank stands. Way cheaper than custom fab metal, and I didn't want build PT frames.

So block it was.

Containment will hold 125% of total tank volume.

Covered drive-in area. [emoji106]

Old logger buddy of mine sold me a few tanks for little more than a song.

We'll have Super and Red Diesel in there for starters. [emoji106]

Still gotta build one for the outdoor kitchen.
About to do a kitchen too, but out of steel. Not as nice as cedar but good enough for Spicewood lol

Nice fueling station. Must have a hell of an operation to need that

A simple complex project. After the jigs get made it's simple. A company that sells humidor electronics wanted some bases to put their equipment on. Was told to make 24 of them in cherry.

Jig for the hanging holes.

Holes routed in

Jig for the holes for equipment mounting

Larger holes are for the wires that go from the electronics to the sensor

And the slot for the wire to travel in that gets put in on the router table with stop blocks.

They'll get a clear coat.

Ended up wrapping the roof with underlayment even though we used zip. First time zipping the roof, we')) go back to cdx probably. I can't get past the idea of a roof penetration being protected by tape alone

Nice view from the master.

Boat dock is coming along slow but very well done. Brick chit house

Screwed around too long at the shop. Just painted the shop and field office in the back, will do rock and board and batten when we figure out how to turn the front room of the shop into a selections room.

Got the storage tank for the well etc... in the new well room, now have to move well equipment then tear down that yellow shed. Tesring down the metal shed, doubling size and rebuilding with board and batten siding, its to keep paint and chemicals in.

Going to pour sidewalks, irrigate a small section and plant grass and make a small parking area. Later will pour the whole front in concrete

Located spot for outdoor kitchen and started priming steel

It will be basically just like this but painted. Pit with pipe going through the roof on the end where the hood is, outdoor kitchen where the front passenger door is, sink to the right of that. Otherside the Blackstone griddle and wood storage

The wine barrels with granite tops will be relocated to this structure

Just finished up that 7" polystyrene crown I was not looking forward to.

Installed 2 layers of 2x4, ripped to the spring angle...cut it on a 12" compound saw on the flat as the motor got in the way on some of the cuts. Used construction adhesive at the miters. Taped top and bottom, filled the nail holes, painted and caulked.

It's not perfect but the customer thinks it is.

Came out really nice Robie. Size of the crown is appropriate for the height of the ceilings.

Just hung the door on this yesterday.
Good customer (double leg amputee) moved into a home that is handicapped accessible.
He doesn't have a screened in porch so wanted his garage screened in so he can sit out without the bugs bugging him.. It won't fit his handicapped van.
Framed out with pressure treated, screened it and built the door from 8/4 cedar I had...painted and hung. He's happy.

Disclaimer: My legal team contacted his legal team and after deliberations, decided "who gives a hoot" (their words, not mine) if anyone who wants to see this screened in garage in a little nondescript house in a nondescript town...so be it.:jester::jester:

We had a project visitor last week.

One of the Eagles, paid us a visit and perched on our first aid shack about a year and a half ago, just as we were starting excavation.
(He was absolutely huge)

A return visit Friday and send off (and pretty cool that he posed on that part of the building) since we are almost done.
