“What Is the Highest-Paying Medical Job?
According to the BLS, the highest-paying medical jobs include roles as physicians and surgeons. The highest-paying medical jobs and respective salaries are:

Finally got over to the clients to show them some color samples. Funny how she said it was reddish brown compared to the floor. I didn't see it. Both of them have a lot of yellow in them. Luckily one of my samples had yellow in it, it was from when I did her walnut vanity.

So, a stain, tone and clear coat is on there. A couple more clear coats to go to get it completed.

They thought it was much more 3D than it was in thickness of the curves. I brought the fancy leg with me because it was one of the color choices. The husband still wanted the flat version because he didn't want it to be too fancy for the locker. What they want is what they get. They're the one's paying.

Vandalized dry stone monument in Llano Texas--rebuilt with help from the locals!

Presumably it was a local, who destroyed the original. Another local suggested we rebuild it, so I asked for volunteers to help.

The re-built cairn now has two seats, on opposite sides. A small tunnel connects these--making it possible, if you try just a little bit--to see the other person's perspective.

Looks good for the most part. I didn't realize it had a metal roof. If you didn't tell me it was for a church I might have been OK with it. But it doesn't look churchy. LOL

Interior trim is done for the front door, thank you Leo I had more than enough trim👍

I went to install the Baldwin lockset but they sent her an inch and three-quarter back set and the hole is drilled an inch and 3/8😡

i’ll get a picture when everything‘s done, I made a small oak threshold to cover up the discrepancy in the floor of the new entryway, I have plenty of lumber from the oak tree. I cut down when I built my shop so I’m always making the thresholds custom using local oak👍

Starting a new custom in Llano County on a 300 acre ranch. Cleared and brought in the road and power, drilling well. Building a house and guest house 5330 sq ft, and 2400 sq ft barn

Took out 2 major rivals on this one, both in their 60s bot men I respect - and one that is a rival I openly dislike and it's mutual, we both flipped each other the bird at last years Parade of Homes banquet. Sweet winning anytime but we were selected without consideration for the price difference, our fees are higher and our subs are higher 👍

You gotta point. Rubber slate then.

What happens after the hail comes and all the metal is dented up? Is it left or will insurance replace it? I ask because I don't know. Our hail is rarely bigger than marble size.

I sign a cosmetic waiver thst says I won't claim if it's dented but not leaking, also 7500 deductible to keep cost of the premium down

About 80% of my clients are the same, with cosmetic waivers - 90% of haul storms we have don't dent 24 gage - if it does they have to pay to replace if they have a waiver.

I used a rubber slate product probably more than 2 decades ago. Looked nice. They all came from the same mold so up close that looked exactly the same. From the road you couldn't tell. Made from recycled tires. It's still up there as I drive by the house a dozen or more times a year.

I saw a couple jobs with the rubber slate. Ones I saw were shiny when the sun hit and was the only way to tell it was fake. No One followed the install instructions so the few I heard of all had issues. Seemed like a really great alternative as slate does require maintenance.
