It's nice to have tool boxes for dedicated tasks. I have one for hanging sheetrock, one for taping tools/materials, one for taping knives, and one for cabinet I installation.

I use the ridgid boxes. They work well enough. Just wish I had one with drawers for hand tools.

Milwaukie is so far ahead in total organization though. They work with e-track. Nobody else has shelves that do that.

They have flat plates that I can hang my thin packouts on and stack them three deep or more from the wall. Nobody else does that.

They are the only fully integrated system. Everyone else is just a set of organizers.

That being said, the flat dolly and the gurney are very cool.

I will probably pick up the saw stands when I see them. I like their stuff.

Don't worry. They'll be copied and likely improved. That's the one bad thing about coming out with something good first. Everyone copies you and can improve on the things you goofed on to make it better.

I started with Ridgid and then went to DeWalt and have now sold those off and have DeWalt 2.0 boxes. This ToughBuilt looks like they have the whole system thought out. The Flex system also looks good. Makita is late to the game but are in the works too. I have been using the lay down cart for a while now, here it is standing up for the elevator.

I like the look of those!! I have so many different boxes, bags, se ups that go in and out of the back of my almost new Expedition (The Mack daddy Expedition that wasn’t supposed to EVER see a tool box 😳😖) but my 16ft cargo trailer is always in need or rearrangement…finding one set up for all the many different tools I need to get to would really make life a lot easier especially on my back!

Yea, that looks very organized, mine only looked that good for about 2 jobs. I have, electrical tools, plumbing tools, tile saws and tools , framing and finish tools including table saw and compound miter saws that are worth their weight in gold, battery operated tools, pneumatic tools including compressor, electric tools and extension cords, hand tools, canvas and upholstery tools, concrete finishing tools, awning fabrication and installation tools, upholstery and custom drapery and window treatments tools…..and I need a pack out type system for every different type of tools. And I know I’m forgetting something…oh lots of ladders, laser levels and 6 different sizes of old school levels. And some tools I have more than one.
BUT during Covid and for that matter my entire career, I have never lacked for work and am booked until early next year. The only aggravation is every time I do a different type of job or installation, I have to complete change out the tools. I need a red set, a yellow dewalt set, a blue set LOL color coordinated pertaining to job type would be great. However there will always be some that work with multiple jobs types. My grandson wants all my tools when I die but Grandpa said wait in line kid. My son and daughter already fought over my Meuci cue stick and darts, Thankfully my daughter discovered she is an excellent bullseye closer and my son doesn’t care that my custom Meuci cue stick is bright pink, that’s all he wants is that stick. Oh shoot, I need a new case for the 4 cue sticks too 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
