I use Builder Trend. Another option is Co-Construct.

 

Thanks AllanE. Those are the top 2 that I gleaned from the archives of this forum and other reviews online. Do you have separate apps for accounting (Quickbooks?) and Estimating? If so, is the interface fairly seamless?

 

I do not use Quickbooks for accounting, the software I do use does not have an app. Builder Trend does interface with Quickbooks, but not sure to what extent. And Builder Trend does have an estimate tab, but I do not like it, I just use Excel.

 

Are you still using this software?

 

I've been using GanttPRO lately and am still satisfied. This modern and professional project management system is an online Gantt chart. It's easy to work. In a matter of minutes, you create tasks placed on the vertical axis and specify their dates, displayed on the horizontal axis. The result is a visualized schedule, with a cursory glance at which it is easy to understand the scope of work and dates for the project. Work in PDF format is available. However, you can always order a project to create your own software exposit.com. Many companies want to have their CRM systems.

 

Look at SmartSheet. It has time keeping templates and workflows. It will also help with tasking and assignments.

Contractor Foreman is a really good platform, tons of features, really easy to use, functional smart phone apps. And to top it off, it is one of the more affordable options out there.

 

I’ve been using Contractor Forman also. I need to put more time it in then I have to fully use it to its maximum potential. While it is a solid platform, the way it is currently, I believe it is still in its growing stages as they have hinted to making some major upgrades that users have continually requested that they add or change.
