It isn't a slab house, had a full basement. No real damage moveing down the road but when they were jacking it up they cracked off a corner of brick. Here is the 5 page thread. http://www.contractortalk.com/f48/no-one-wants-big-project-57585/

Magnettica - They hired someone who knocked on their door. He used some sort of caulk to make a cap and it ran all over the bricks. We are fixing that and doing the pointing on both chimneys.

Replaced old corrugated plastic roof with 18' 4x4 header.
Surprised it didn't collapse under snow load.

Next is new windows and siding if hubby and wife can agree on color.

Owner wanted it to extend over stairs and no posts so had to improvise.

Finish up on a little piece of grab rail.

Putting up some entry gates I built this week.

Done, time to head out. Install took 3 hours. Will come back and touch up paint after the driveway gets paved. Carpenter and rock masons finish up rock work, electrician will take care of operators.

I would post some pictures of my last job but other than repairing a shorted out circuit a week ago and installing a new closet fluorescent light, I have no jobs to show pictures of. It's depressing right now. I have one job next week for T&M that I may have to seriously milk just to pay the bills. I can't even believe I am thinking this way.
