for whatever reason this one didn’t make the slideshow, to the left door, I will have a bridge going to the deck as soon as the weather gets better, I still have a front entry door. With two sides to complete soon, And we’re in discussion to add yet another project😂 a mudroom on the other side of the house

I need to come up with something creative to close off this entryway and add a mudroom to the left about 6 inches from the window!

I’m thinking of having a custom-made thermal insulated window at the top probably mock up the trim and pass it off to the window guy so I can just screw it in, 86 the two round column the question is whether I should go with a tapered column on the left side of the door, or just keep it the same as the rest of the house?? Since it won’t be heated, I’ll probably do some rough sawn boards like I did for another client?

It's only the weekend. They want a nice weekend so they make you work.

Wow.

musta' been some mighty heavy ammo to do that damage.

They shoot horses don't they?
I shot one of my old trucks once. .44 mag into the engine block, but it didn't do that amount of damage.

Friend of mine passed about a year ago. I was in the middle of painting some things for his mom but the last 2 pcs weren't ready to be removed from her house. She called and brought them over to the shop. Sand, filled the oak grain somewhat, vinyl primer and a couple coats of paint. Paint was something I saved for her from a job a good while back.

And then some normal stuff, but still vanities.
