I was gonna say, hoist for hanging deer and elk is awesome. 👍

I use a 1.5 horse boat lift motor from an Aframe. My barn used to be a barn, now it's more of a storage building since I poured concrete in it, would have to put a bucket and sheet under it but if it was breezy I'd clean deer in there

I buggered a pig friday night for one mod my buddies mom, I'll get tamales out of it lol. I usually do them on the a frame but quartered this one on the ground. Was missing that a frame 😆

Can't count the times I've used the phone camera to take a look at things I can't readily see.
Model and serial numbers mostly for electronics and appliances.
Inside a drill chuck to see if it's a slot or a hex key. 2 font print on bottles.

I’ve used the skid steer with forks, and the tale-handler, to hang while butchering. 👍

Made a down and dirty steam box with what I had around the shop. Surprisingly it seems to work pretty well.

I do what I can.

And then I bent them on the wrong axis so I had to do it again 😠😡

Had it all in the hole by 630, was 3 yards off estimate lol

Boys are going to be eating good today, superintendent started these pork butts early this am. Be serving Hiawain Buns with coleslaw, as well as fajitas. 24 men

I told them they keep up the good work next time they can have some 1st place bbq (dig at superintendent who competes on my brothers team 😆)

No lunch for me, I have to do an annual review of the Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association, the board asks me to do it every year even though I'm not on the board anymore. Not really the HR type but they must like the thoroughness, generally have a 2 page review to turn into the board and the EO

How many SF? Looks like over 3,000.

You run 2 or 3 power trowels on that?

4 power trowels, 24 finishers. Thsts the main foundation, over 8000 ft for that pour, over 500 yards total with what we'd already poured in the footings and walls, it's 13 ft tall in the back, it's deceiving. Garage is 3000 ft, we are forming thst now, plus the stairs, hardscapes and planters in back (another 80 - 100 yards) later, so about 775 yards with the outdoor kitchen

Not the biggest foundation i've poured as a contractor but it is the most concrete in a foundation for sure, biggest residential. My 2021 parade home was about 500 yards

When we back fill the backyard arround the planters and stairs it will be hard to see where all the concrete went
