Only thing I have to do is glue in the gold beads around the door. Currently just pressure fitted.

I sold my sink replacement business on November 1st, but I get to keep my callbacks. Today I fixed a remnant of a reinforcement rod that should have been removed. Two years ago, my guys left swirl marks and a dull spot over the crack and told the homeowner that was the best they could do. I'm so glad I no longer have employees. My buyer gave me a guy with a truck and thankfully didn't charge me.

Gotta finish the break. They did grind the rod back far enough.

That light reflection should be like a mirror; no fuzz.

The gloss is back and the repair can't be felt. Customers are very happy and making referrals. 2 hours work; 3 hours driving.

Our second framing project going well, 3500SF heated, conventionally framed barndominium, WNC hunting camp. Monoslab, 12' Main Level and 9' Second Level walls. Should wrap up on Tuesday. 15- day framing project. Bonus pic of a yearling black bear cub on the ridge as we pecked away lol. Seen three total that day rolling around.

Not mine, but interesting (and ridiculous) looks like 4x10 ZIP sheathing to get an idea of the scale, can't hide money. It's in a development we are about to start framing one in.
