You do amazing work, John. [emoji106]

I was checking out your website the other day, and you got a couple few decent pads on there, too. [emoji106]
Thanks. Haven't updated in a long time

My sister-in-law complains constantly about the website. It does look pretty sub par compared to do I guess I don't really care because we don't lead from advertising

She will certainly wear me down and get a new website I'm sure. Lol.

Made some small bypass doors.

Only have a pic of one of these but there are 2. Fit in a 61"w x 21 1/8"h opening.

These fit in a 29 1/8"w x 22 1/2"h opening.

The moldings are similar to the doors in the room.

Did some custom crown. Full overlay face frame cabinets. The refer and MW cabinets for some reason are Euro full overlay, so no face frames. The original plan was to put up a hidden strip of wood and the crown would go on the face frame itself. I didn't like that idea because it puts the crown behind the doors. I decided to make a 3/4" x 1 1/2" finished build out strip. That way the build out strip would be flush with the front of the door so the crown is on the proper plane. 3/4" on the face frame to screw it in and 3/4" overhangs the face frame.

Here's a sort of before pic. Got the job almost done before I took it. It has the build out strip already installed and the crown can be seen on top of the cabinet waiting to be installed.

Here is the only pic out of the bunch that came out with the right coloring. The crown match color was excellent. But all the other pics it looks dark.

And I showed you this countertop wood wrap a while back in the shop. Here it is installed.

My wood wrap cost more than the countertops did :w00t:

I have always stapled the roll to tack it then roll it out along the chaulk line, stop. Un staple then peel top half and pull/ walk out the roll.

A&E do you ever check for collar ties before loading up the ridge?
We had an apartment complex in town where the roofers collapsed the roof stacking it.

Yep. They brought the countertop to the shop and I did my magic on it.

finishing up a monster house with some great details

also wrapping a kitchen & master bathroom remodel - really like the designer's choice of colored cabinetry, nice to do something other than white

Very nice work.

Did an installation of a mix of cabinets. The lowers are HD cabinet and the countertop and upper shelving are mine. Still have to do the toekick skins and the knobs. No crown on the shelving cabinets.

Putting together a wine room for a previous client. First day we put the shutters on the ceiling. They are hung by wires like a suspended ceiling. 2nd day finished up with the last 6 shutters. Still some holes to fill. The rest of the second day I put the vertical boards on the left and right of the rock wall, the lower wainscoting and chair rail and the vertical separators for the pictures.

The third day, today, I hung the pictures put the filler boards above them, did the 20Âş angle boards on the left and right of the pictures. I started with the right side and it kicked my butt. Took 3 hours, but I learned a lot of tricks. The left side took an hour.

Then I cleaned up the area and moved things from the opposite side of the room to the wall I just finished. Marked out the studs with tape and put some boards up at a 45Âş angle. Not sure what I'm going to do with it. Trying not to do a herringbone, but it might just work out that way. I also have 3 stained glass windows that'll be going to the right of the wall.

All of this was being done by Milwaukee lights because the ceiling lights are disconnected.

And it's poured. Tomorrow dig from new wall anchor to seawall in 4 places I will drill 1 inch holes in seawall a foot from top, go through wall with 3/4" all thread and weld in #6 bar in between all thread and anchor. All will be a foot below grade so once grass is back, won't know it's there.
