Happy to be covering the framing package for our Summit Springs Custom this morning. Slabs set for months- the framing package is 35k$ less than it was in May...

Closed cell spray foam going in for a heat barrier, sub floor and roof above the apartment will spray as well. R30 bats in walls. Pella windows.

Septic is inspected and being covered, hole for 1k gallon propane tank dug, masonry starts Monday and drywall on Tuesday.

Ready to go vertical on the house finally.

The X's make a lot more sense under the countertop.

I’m wondering if the inspectigator is going to call me on support.

Metal buildings without interior wall covering are a pain in the ass.

The PVC should have a strap. The EMT might, but it’s less than a 3’ run.

I can’t run both vertical and horizontal strut. Not without some creative welding, and I don’t weld. 🙄 Yet.

I guess I’ll find out when I get the inspection.

Simple kitchen. Working to get the lowers in so they can get counters started. Pretty much the smallest kitchen I've ever done. There are two uppers and some floating shelves that are still needed but get the lowers done to get a working kitchen asap.

This is her 4th kitchen with me. 1 in her first home, a 2nd in a Manhattan condo, a 3rd in her 2nd house, and now this condo they bought for their daughter to use for a while.

So small I could lay it out in the shop.

Color is BM Silver Chain. All Euro. They used the "B" word on me for the first time ever - budget.
