Just to be honest, this coming to you more from a HO than a contractor because its my halfpipe.
Just curious if you guys have any recommendations for something cheap, that will last a while to coat this halfpipe w/. It gets another layer over the top of the ply, and that layer is waterproof. Mainly I'm looking for something that won't break the bank that I can coat the riding surface w/; I think I'll just paint the sides the same color as my house w/ exterior paint.
Edit: After I re-read that it might have sounded a little confusing. I'm looking for something to paint over the plywood layer you see now in the pics. After that's painted, the whole thing gets sheeted w/ Ramp Armor, which is waterproof and doesn't need to be painted.
Any suggestions? I was thinking about maybe using elastomeric roof coating. Any reason why not? Seems like it would make it pretty waterproof.
The wood is basically all untreated.
