Found termite damage on load bearing wall, help!

I’m remodeling my house and decently experienced but a little hesitant when I found termite damage on an exterior (load bearing wall). It’s the front side of the house, it doesn’t have a room above this area, roof only. The majority of the damage is on the base plate, the sill plate and everything I could see from the crawl space was in tact and solid. The majority of the damage is under the window which doesn’t have much weight on it, the main area I’m worried about is about 1.5’ to the right of the window and stops at the front door. The door frame is solid and seems to have been replaced at some point. Any advice on how to support the weight and replace the base plate, or what’s the best option? Thanks for the help View attachment 536470
