You know you've got a red flag customer when.....

Alright guys you know you have a bad customer when they say....:laughing:


You know I don't want to get any permits, right. So make sure you don't include that in your estimate.


My uncle is in this bussiness so he knows what it should cost!


I already priced the materials out, about $1300 should cover them. (it was for a 24'x12' deck:laughing:)


So what are some good ones you guys have heard?

...or you get this in your email from a prospect :whistling (highlights are mine).

I do give the guy credit for being very clear about what he wanted. ;)

I just got off the phone with a GC who is going to demo my bathroom....his words: You ARE getting a permit for the finish work.

This was in a $800k-1.2M (neighborhood range) house, and you should have seen the pics that he was sending me about how he wanted his project done...very detailed/expensive work. :blink:

And I ran, I ran so far away....
