water based poly's wont yellow the pine as much as an oil poly. Another option would be a professional coating like ML Campbells water white finishes. (Krystal is one)

i have tried a few products for finishing pine trim,log tables, ect and they all yellow
tried verathane, polyurethane. ect
is there anything sold that keeps pine looking its natural "white" look?
i know the sun and lights will yellow the pine also
