I was doing a demo and debris removal a month ago and found a two foot wooden level.

Label says Wolverine Level Co or Corp, the last part is worn off. Says Detroit, MI on it as well.

I have tried searching for some information but wolverine and levels on google just gets a ton of video game faqs and cheats.

Will post a picture later when I get home.

Finding tools is almost as much fun as buying them . I found a 2' level that was a Stanley with a 1867 patent date. Had a wooden box that it was in.

"Detroit 11, MICH"

I'm going to put the date of manufacture at 1950, +/- 10 years.

The 2 digit code was introduced during WWII, and ended approx 1963 with the new 5 digit codes. And if I had to pick a location, I'd say close to the old Poletown.
