I have been asked to make a wine cabinet that will fit into a space above a refrigerator. The client has asked that it have a Criss-Cross layout so that each bottle has it's own space. I have done a lot of things, but this one will be something I have not done. The cabinet box is the easy part, just not sure how to do the criss-cross slats inside the cabinet. Has anyone done this before, if so how did you cut/make/put together the slats?

Attached is a picture of what I'm trying to build. This design the open spaces are much larger than what I will plan to build.

Thanks in advance.

Why re-invent the wheel?... Omega National Products sells pre-made lattice and racks...

You can certainly make each of these, but if you aren't going to do a lot of them, buy the pre-made... They also sell it in raw wood that you can finish...

Best of luck... 8^)
