Who are some of your key referrers? For example, I've been receiving a lot of handyman work from Realtors, property managers, and landlords. My relationships with them are basically the lifeline of my business.

So what other types of referrers send a lot of business to you? Insurance companies? Government businesses? I ask because I'm looking to develop even more relationships with other such professionals. Thanks!

I get my refurals from word of mouth, other trades that I deal with, and my suppliers.
100%.
I don't advertise or even have my name in the book.
If you got my number , you got it from someone I know.

That's been my observation as well. Also they usually have a running gig with the professional flipper types who wouldn't know a code requirement if it bit them in the ass, and don't even care.
