Seriously WTF, if you can't spell "Room Addition".

I highly doubt you could build much more than a doghouse,...:whistling

Huh, Can't imagine why?

I took it to mean if you hire him, he gets high in your house....

Wait I just got it,

It means he burnsout of the driveway with the check.

Sorry, I am a little slow, he "ALMOST" had me there!
RoomEdition... lol

Kind of a red flag.
It's a computer program.

What version are you running now, Chris?

At least he is upfront with being unlicensed....
One of the most talented framing carpenters i ever worked with could not really read or write.
I was leary of posting it.

I was afraid everybody here might want a "Special Edition" room addition build on.
They are top of the line you know.

I think its super funny because the lady at the gas station has an escort, and it too is a "Special Edition".

Its wrote on the door in fancy script, and I loose it everytime I see it.
What the heck could be soo special about a old ford escort.

Indiana requires no contractors license, lots of hacks.

Only major city licenses around the state.

You are looking at it all wrong..."Special Edition" is not describing the car, it is describing the driver!

Whatever type of work this guy does, I am pretty sure looks great...from his house.
I assume that is remediation type work,

:whistling
He probably does that as well, once the insurance pays up, but I would guess that "burnouts" refers to starting the fires to get the whole process started...
CCCo. You are not far from me... Evansville, IN -- definitely have to be licensed here
"Whatever you need done around the house--if it pays, we'll try it... and we personally guarantee we will cash your check."

Never worked in Evansville, but I am sure like most decent sized towns or citys, they have there own license requirements.

State level, Only Plumbers require a license in IN.

My brother is a IN licensed "Contractor Plumber" - PC10100386

Its helped out, on several projects.
