It's been a little dead hereabouts lately, so I thought I would try and liven things up a little.

Post some pics of your current tile projects in progress. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

I can't even sell linear drains. Folks out here think they're alien or something.

For Pete's sake, I have 2 sitting in my stock I'm ready to give away just to get a cool job in my portfolio.
I have a line drain job on hold forever now... its through Medicaid and the State for a fella that's wheelchair bound. I started on this process October 18th last year and sent a quote but they lost my paperwork and told me that at the end of May. After talking with the agent, we redesigned the room as a wet room with tile ilo Swanstone so I redid the whole quote and it was over the cap amount. Being sick of the process I redid the quote again with cheaper tile + some donations from Henry and Eric... the state still has done nothing yet and it sucks!!! The only reason I'm hangin in there is for the homeowner but I'm sure all the PA bigwigs are sitting pretty in their mansions

Angus just sell it for $17.00

It's an October Special!

I have a few drains here in Vancouver that I'm going to do the same with.

Here is my stress for the past two days. Turns out it was a hard fix. I opened the shut off and allowed the steam unit to fill with water.

"Is the steamer good to go" "Yup"

"Yup" is plumber talk for "Yes after you plug in the data wire and open up the shut off." :whistling

Dubai is an amazing place - we have good friends who live there year round.

In Dubai like many places over seas a floor drain near the toilet aids in cleaning your bathroom floor and cleaning your a$$. Many toilets will have a separate handheld close by the toilet for personal hygiene.

We have this extra handheld going in on a current project in North Vancouver. The entire circuit or loop of piping needed to be isolated from the home's regular system. I'm guessing just in case you had your handheld up your A$$ when the city shut down city water and the siphon effect sucked the handheld residue back into the homes system.

What a PITA for the plumber....

No kidding.

Arab Toilet Paper. With the cost of these bathrooms and extra work it is right into our skill set. I think we should convert all of america to this system of hygiene.

Who doesn't like a little back side wash...

I think it is a better design than the old Bidet. Takes up less space and because of the old siphon effect many Bidet's are getting unregulated and the design is going into a tap design on the edge.

LOL - Todd my wife just hits me with the pressure washer every now and then. Less overspray in the backyard.

Seriously on the positive side it is a cleaner system and the extra floor drain is great for washing bathroom floors. You just push the wash water to the extra drain.

Just different to us. But the rest of the world is more "Cultured" than us baby nations...

Nice. Obviously California.....real redwood lumber.

I am familiar with Angels Camp, I lived in Arnold for a couple of years in the mid nineties.

Try, Fast Image Resizer, drag and drop, and automatically creates a separate folder for the resized pics. ;) When I use it to resize forum pics, I set the resolution at 600x800, and leave everything else at default levels.

A few tiles on the wall.

This was my first time using the Lash Levelling System. The first hour I loved it. The second still loving it.

By the end of the day I knew first hand what Angus was talking about with that little curved bottom piece. **** I hate it when he is always right.

So I think it is safe to say I'm sold on the system but am not sold on the fact you need a little gun to push in a clip. That part was easy.

I think I'll try the Red Ones once my Lash Stock runs out.

Not directly related, but don't know where to post..window section does not have "what you working on?" thing
Before and after.
Changing 3 of these 3'x 5' Fiberglass casement windows, one 2'x 3' casement and one 5'x 6' picture window.
I have changed 5 exterior doors, with interior and exterior casing etc. about 2 months ago.

I've discovered Dap Foam, water clean up, great stuff, much easier to use, tool than yellow foam.

Tomorrow, I gotta marry two windows to each, making them "one".

WOOOWWW!! At #908 in this tread, I posted some window work I did in Sept.-before this tread became "Tile Project You Are Working On".Maybe that post was the reason why title of this tread changed. Anyway, yesterday, I received a call and e mail from DAP Marketing Dept, that I won the contest they had among other 3 people!!:clap:!First I thought it was a joke or scam,,,,I filled the forms they asked and the check is on its way!!! Hurray!!!! $2500....yeah twentyfive hundred... THANKS DAP!!
I was keep using it rather than yellow foam..DAP is my #1 supplier now on....
This is my second earning followed by a $250 Amazon Gift Card by CT last year..I think I was lucky when I was young, then dried out...now older I get my luck is coming back

You got rain everyday, we got once a year:laughing: if we lucky.
These windows are all under the covered patio+deck, I don't think they will ever get wet.
25+ years old cedar siding,no sign of rotting. I use DapTexPlus foam and DynaFlex230 for sealing.Wrapped up the opening with self sticking vinyl before placing window. Tested with garden hose, no leaking.
