So, I have a few sets of drawings on my computer that I can not have printed at the moment. What do you use to view your drawings when a hard copy is not available? I used to have an ipad but that was not exactly the best either. It constantly took 30+ seconds to load a detailed page. Any good software besides PDF?

I load the plans into iBooks on my Gen 1 iPad, once they're there they come up instantly. I find them easier to expand and shift around easier on the iPad than a laptop.

i like blue beam for pdfs. takes a little learning, but very user friendly and geared towards the construction/design industries. easy to zoom in and out and pan around using a mouse. Pages can be scaled and takeoffs can be done. Drawings can easily be annotated with red lines for questions to architect or others. I think they have a 30 day trial.
