It works, when you flip the switch you better hang on because it will jump.RBS got it right. It's a sander/buffer handheld model. NSS makes commercial buffers and floor polishers. I use to repair them a teenager for a janitorial supply company. It uses a twist lock disc that fits the hub and takes scotch brite pads or sanding discs. Would work great to buff out your car:whistling If it works it worth a couple of bucks. Have you plugged it in yet? Bet it's got some torque to it.
