For flooring it looks badarse. Rip and chop all in one small area. I do agree with Jaws it does look a bit unstable, but looks can be deceiving. I would want to see it before making that call as my final assessment.
I suppose if space is a big issue that would be great but if you have the space I'm sure a good mitre saw setup close to a good table saw would outperform it... I'd definitely like to see it in person and try it out though.
