My buddy just picked up an LG high efficiency washer and dryer. Calls me up to say that the floors "kinda shake" when the washer is on spin. I come over and could not believe how much the floor would start to do the dance. It would start soft and then after a minute it would start to really move
Went under the crawl space to check out the joists and its 2x10's with lots of plumbing and electrical in the way so laminating is out. If I built up some pony walls to support the area on each side and tied it to the floor would that help with the floor moving?
