Walnut Panels Vendor?

1871 Views 10 Replies 9 Participants Last post by  edict
Does anyone know where I can find 8' x 4' walnut veneered plywood panels for paneling walls in a room? I am not interested in a size any smaller but I am unable to find these online anywhere.

Any suggestions?

Ask your local lumber yards. Somebody should be able to order some for you. You're in a big city, so you should probably be able to even find somewhere that stocks them.

I have always found plywood to be better quality and lower price at hardwood suppliers than lumberyards. I'm sure you have at least a couple in Dallas area.
There's someone called 'hardwood lumber company' in dallas. Call them

There are plenty of hardwood lumber suppliers in the DFW area.As a arch/builder you surely know about Google and phone books.
You may try asking for 4X8.That may be the problem?

Oh I don't know maybe a cabinet and millwork shop. Just paneled a elevator lobby with cherry veneered panels today. :whistling
Cedar Creek - Central Hardwoods - Brazos

Call Central for sure and if they don't stock/carry ask who may ... and if you still can't, send me Private message and I'll make it so for you.

Not sure why but seems contractors on here always have a smart ass response.

I had a resource in Austin that went out of business and I thought maybe I could get some recommendations. Grow up.
