Voltage Drop in Home Inspection?

Does anyone here know what type of load is applied to a 15 amp bedroom outlet circuit when being tested by a home inspector? Also what would acceptable v drop be under that load?

There is no load placed on the circuit. Each outlet is checked for polarity and proper grounding. Also voltage does not change on a parallel circuit when a
Resistance is applied to it.
If your showing a voltage drop check for loose connections first
