check out the WAC pro 24v led tape lighting. My local electrical supply house stocks it. I have used it a few times it is really nice, and easy to work with and dimmable. it is a led tape that sticks under the cabinets and very low profile. can get expensive though. just Google wac lighting

For puck lights I've used the WAC HR-87 I believe. Need to use an elv dimmer. For the housing style I only use the Juno pro led style, use a mlv dimmer with these.
GM lighting makes a nice LED tape that is cuttable every 3 diodes. They just came out with aluminum extruded mounting channel that can be routed into a panel located at the underside of he upper cabinets. There is a snap in lens that looks great.
