Customer is having new furnace installed and HVAC company says he must have roofing contractor seal it in at the roofline:

1) What is the typical labor charged to flash/seal a new furnace vent pipe installation on an commercial EPDM roof?

2) What is the best method as far as materials and process goes?

Best Regards,

Tom

Labor would be roughly twice residential, and the best method is what will last the longest.

You've been a registered member here for over a year, you're a pro roofer, and you need to ask a question like this as your first post? Somehow I think you're going to have a hard time getting the experienced roofers around here to accept you as an equal.
