We are currently doing a rear addition to a Tudor house and we finish the outside as per plan: Stucco siding with simple wood trim. Now the client wants to add more wood on the back. Being that the stucco is almost flush with the 5/4 wood, I think we should cut in the additional trim. Also we now need to distress the wood somehow, now that it is already installed. I'm thinking a belt sander with a course belt and a grinder with a wire brush wheel maybe. Has anyone out there found themselves in a similar predicament??
