I'm tuck pointing a 100+ yr old building in Nebraska. The mortar is red and the joints are raked. There are also some limestone sills and lentils that have white joints. The problem is that I have no idea what to charge. It's a two story that is approximately 40 ft high. I've been working solo for a week and have it just about whipped. The customer is extremely easy to work with and I want to be fair... any suggestions?
