Fyi. today I needed a truck for some 12' drywall, and I ran into some changes HD is implementing. They're using fetchtruck (not all trucks are on it, yet). While it was a bit of a pita to sign up since I was in a rush, it's got a lot of upside. You don't have to deal with the customer service desk at all, and you can rent any time. It works sort of like Turo for cars. Reserve online, remote unlock, etc.
