Pretty need in a perfect suburban world.
A simple Helical pier. interesting.

Cant beat the price in comparison to the Greg Di setup.


Again in a perfect world with out big tree roots, rocks, things like that. It would only take a couple of areas that would not drive in to ruin your day.

But it is an interesting idea and pretty strong looking.

Like I said in the perfect suburban environment it's sweet.
Floating and non attached decks only... What they don't tell you is that these are not going to support a traditional deck build. They're a lot like the deck blocks they sell at hd, you're supposed to have one every 5 ft, this might be a little less often than 5 ft but you won't be able to get big beam spans out of them because they can't handle the weight.
