I recently installed a deck of Earthwood Evolutions decking for a customer and it appears as if there are scuff marks in some places from my boots. My boots are thorogood roofers with white wedge soles, I have never had this problem with any other deck surface.

You really can only see them in direct sunlight, but the customer is unhappy. And I don't blame them as this stuff is pricy stuff.

I took everyone precaution to prevent scratching so it isn't that, it really looks like a scuff. Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove them?

I no longer use it because I went through the same thing a few years Thank goodness the customer was cool. Here I thought they improved the product.
