Yeah, a good framer should be able to take care of it for you for a few hundred dollars, assuming that there are no other problems involved. Make sure that you tell him to look over the whole works, to see how extensive your problem really is. Don't be afraid to have an Architect or Engineer look at it if you have any reason to doubt the structural integrity of the building.
Are they over a first floor, basement or a crawlspace? What is your floor covering? Finally - did they become springy recently or have they always been this way?
