Score and snap is the way all the pro tile setters around here cut tiles. They have tile cutters like the one you've hyperlinked above. The best ones are Italian made and they range 500+ dollars. I have one with a ruby scoring disc and its lasted many many years, and I cut everything from floor tile to wall tile with it. Get yourself a good grinder too for some cuts that you would normally use a wetsaw for. You'll be set.

You'll still need a wet saw for glass, mosaics, liners, barnes, and pretty much any natural stone. But for ceramic and porcelain, those are great snappers. I just bought a Rubi 28". Love it! I was going to get a Razor, but needed it this last week and couldn't wait for it to be shipped. Thinking about getting the smaller Rubi.
