Any of you word smiths seen any good customer thank you letters for after the job is finished?
So far I have - "Thanks, see ya around."

You're doing good Bob, I like it. What else you got?If the first letter I posted isn't what you are looking for please give me some pointers. I'll try to come up with something more to your taste. I do the thank you card thing as well for my customers.
Yes there is, but we have to pick our battles right now. I'm not too sure I want to presell something and then figure out in 6 months this wasn't what we should have done and still be faced with 3 years of customer commitments to swallow.
I like those ideas, I'm thinking a new role of autographed toilet paper?
