Hi, Someone the other day told me that they thin out their mud for texturing with primer. Anybody ever try this?

I've heard of it, but never done it either... Also heard of using regular ceiling paint.

I wouldn't want to clean that out of my hopper:rolleyes:

Edit- I think it would be a mess to knock down too

x2 on what Red Adobe said.

Took as much primer as regular texture does.

Paul brought that up also.
