I use a senco( and a rebranded senco Ridgid). I know back in the day they sold two versions, a high speed for dry wall and a lower speed model for subfloor/sheathing. I've not had issues with the senco square drives, maybe snap one in 100 in PT wood,.

I was thinking of getting a sprayer in the same cheap price range.
I've heard that some of these titans are actually gracos..

seen these suction cups half price and recall you guys saying great for cabinets so I got 2. also a carbide tooth blade and a 20 buck m12 flashlight.

I watched the video and have one question: Is the cutting edge below the sole of the plane?

It's flush or a few thousandths above. I could also see it going below for some reasons. Rounding over an edge that terminates onto another board. Trying to deepen a stop dado etc.
But I'll be using it more as a lipping planer than anything.

A new blade will make it wayyyyyyy better. The freebie with it is dismal.
They make the new diablo demo demon in 6.5inch now. As soon as I get home it's the first blade I'll put on it And donate the freebie to habitate for humanity.

Using a big battery helps as well. The 2.0 batteries are junk.

I use 9 or 12ah only. I think it was a combination of a junk factory blade and full depth cut in to soaked treated lumber.
