Hello All,
I am recently certified a a building analyst/shell professional. I will be working through the Home Performance with Energy Star program as well as continuing to do home renovations and repairs. Primarily using a blower door to depressurize the home, I can quantify the amount of air leakage there is prior to air sealing and retest after the work to show the amount of tightening attained. I also will be testing the combustion appliance zone for CO, proper draft and spillage during worst case depressurization conditions to ensure the health and safety of the occupants prior to and following the air sealing.
