Can anyone give me approx. yearly pay for commerical/residental supers in DC area? (outside the beltway).
I know there are lots of differences here.
Let's say, traveling commerical super, one job at a time, building ground up and box retail stores.
VS.
Multi-homes at a time building 300K - 800K custom residental.

I am thinking 45-65K for commerical and 30-50k for residental. plus benefits.

How about a commerical job with no experience but with 20 years residential background.

Here in Ohio it is about 40 thou to 60 thou but that depends if you get in with the bigger names companies in the Cleveland area'a

Commercial SouthEast is from 50K to 100K. But a scale is a joke. It depends upon your work and salary history.
