I'm starting my first renovation and I'm not able to get a dumpster into the site.

Do you guys have any suggestions for hauling away debris?

Rent dump truck? Buy a small trailer? Those are the two I am thinking about, so I was hoping someone here would have some suggestions.

See if you can rent a trailer if you're doing this part time. if it's going to be a long term thing see if you can pick up a 10' dumping trailer. Option 3 would be a debris removal company.

i remembered seeing it in another thread, seems like a kool idea for some situations

Maybe you can find a clean out guy on craigslist or something. We always hire one here in Philadelphia. The guy and his crew dump everything into his dump truck. And basically they're charging slightly more than what we've to pay for permit and the dumpster - so it's cheaper than if we did it ourselves.
