Looks interesting to me. Unfortunately, the first move should be a little suction, not a push, so that may plug it worse.

How would the clog ever go down with no air coming in above it? If the air has to come from below, you would lose the suction in the trap wouldn't you?

The issue I have with it is will it backup into the cistern/tank. Pushing down on that plastic is gonna do one of 2 things. Clear the clog or make the clog worse and then push the water into the cistern. Then what do you do lol. Poop filling the cistern and poop pushing up on the plastic seal. That's gonna be a big mess.
