How difficult is this going to be? Fibercement board and batten gable over arched window, stucco below.

From viewing the details provided,it is not traditional stucco. I appears to be a proprietary coating, such as dryvit. With that said, around here (Mid-west) it is only sold to "approved" installers. Aside from all that, your question while legitimate,is pretty broad. What is your skill level?
it looks fairly ordinary. Nothing too out of the ordinary. 2 different trades but nothing too weird

Just curious. Do you mean the small horizontal band to the left and right? The slight eyebrow arch, not enough radius?

We install quite a bit of decorative stucco mouldings. Not my design, but enormous sills, fluted trim, 12 in plus crown. I like stucco bands, etc. , seems like some HO just want the biggest, loudest look at me trim, instead of just an accent, detail.

To the OP, the drawing looks pretty straightforward. Proper WRB, drainage, flashing need to be in proper order. Looks like a big door in a stucco wall, with vertical siding.

Standard detail, acrylic finish on normal 3 coat stucco with foam trim, the band can be cut on site, no big deal.
