I make my drip out of the smallest 1/4 round i can find.

Question/ What is up with the mash hammer on the pulley rope?

I've used vapour barrier before. Wrap the VB under the bottom piece of 2x and out. Makes for a nice smooth finish underneath. good for those chimneys that are only 15' or so high. The other thing I was taught to do is to wrap the flueliner in some sill gasket or other waterproof yet compressible material. The flueliner will get hot and cold enough to expand and contract but not hot enough to damage the gasket

I think it looks fine. but am I correct in reading that you coloured concrete with grey that looks like "natural" concrete?
