Not really sure. The facia is a solid piece of steal wrapped in aluminum coil. The exterior walls are solid foam panels with metal some kind of metal studing 24"OC. Roof seems to e the same way except the roof has osb laminated onto the foam. I just cant see how nailing sleepers to the osb on foam is going to work for the dormer style roof.
Always use screws with the panels, never nails - nails are for shear forces (which the panel handles) the screws are to prevent pull out which nails are terrible at
Glue or foam all seams & connections is also a given - as for what type, you got to refer to the manufacturers directions
