stone deck- existing cool cote

This is my firs post, so please be gentle;)
I'm required to install some type of stone on a pool deck with existing cool cote . . By the way, this will be my first pool deck.I'm experienced in marble and stone work on floors and walls.
Please advise. Also dont hesitate to throw in a pricing or a range . Florida located

Is the existing material the original raw finish or has it been painted?
Is it still firmly attached or is it flaking somewhere?

What exactly are you doing? Are you demoing the existing concrete deck painted w/ Cool Cote paint and putting in a paver system? Are you tiling over the existing concrete deck? Are you demoing the deck and installing a tile paver system?
