Dano, I always box mine. I use one piece of aluminum with multiple bends, it takes a few minutes, but it looks clean as hell.

Can somebody explain what you mean by boxing a corner on fascia corners. I am currently trimming my own house and have had a lot of success making it look very professional. Now I'm getting ready to start bending the fascia but I cannot come up with a good way to make the corners look good. I have 6" fascia with a 1x2 strip under the drip cap.

1 in. tab it around them and make sure the 1 by 2 is about 3/4 longer with your 1 in. tab and the bottom of your 3/4 freeze board 1 by 2 is the 3/4 longer too

as far as boxing it's up too perferance 1/2 box or what looks like a wedge pc. or a full box, takes some practice to get good at them

 

Make sure you use lots and lots of nails, nail the facia at least every 6 inches.

 

Some one's being bad. Although I don't know how he can say he's a siding man but they have to learn sometime.

 

Leave a inch and a half tag of aluminun fasia on fasia board, cut bottom lip of fasia, fold over nail with alumium nails NEVER with roofing nails. Nail one nail at least 1 every 16 inches
