Did you guys get a pump truck?

The company doing the job has done quite a few large ones now, I have been on all of them I believe.

It is interesting to see that much concrete go down that fast. It humbled me the first few times. 20-30 yards now seems like a just another day at the office instead of this grand and elaborate pour.

Dang! Nice work. Yeah, 20 to 30 yards in a day for my crew is flying, can even fathom 400!

Not to minimize the work in any way, but I have helped pour several of those and if it is flat and hard the farmers are happy. They don't care about bird bath's, finish, cracks, cure time etc.

Just lay it down and screed it off.

Nice job with the float though, it looks pretty good.

They guy that does them only does premium work. A screed finish is acceptable, but passing the float over it makes it look 100x more finished.

Just one of those little extra things that helps make work stand out.
