You can dig a tunnel in the room adjacent to it, dig up under the pan and back fill your way out or tear out the pan and whatever shower walls you have in there.

Even if you could open a wall adjacent to the pan and get under the pan I don't see how you are going to fill in the void in the concrete around the drain.

On the bright side you probably have 5-10 years before the pan cracks around the drain, maybe longer depending on the usage.
